Spend a Friday night on the mat with Kru Pierce Williams for a three-hour Muay Thai seminar at 10th Planet Pleasant Grove, presented by the School of Martial Alchemy and Wasatch PTK. Muay Thai is the art of eight limbs: fists, elbows, knees, and shins. This session is your chance to sharpen how you use all of them, with detailed instruction and partner drilling you can take straight back into your own training. Whether you are a grappler looking to round out your stand-up, a striker chasing cleaner technique, or brand new to Muay Thai, you will leave with skills you can keep building on.

Inspired by the desert warriors of Dune, Fight Like a Fremen is a blade seminar instructed by Pierce Williams, presented by the School of Martial Alchemy and Wasatch PTK with The Pen & Sword, LLC. For three hours, you will step out of the fiction and onto the mat to work real blade concepts drawn from the Filipino martial arts, including angles of attack, footwork, and control at close range. It is a fun and unique Saturday morning for martial artists, film fans, and anyone curious about training with edged weapons.
