QUICK ANSWERS

What should I bring to my first class?

Just bring a water bottle and comfortable athletic clothes (shorts and a t-shirt work great). We train No-Gi, so no special uniform is needed. We'll take care of the rest.

Can I visit the academy before joining?

Yes — book a free class. We'll show you around, walk you through how the academy works, and answer any questions. You're welcome to observe a class. If you want to train, drop-ins are $30 and can go toward membership.
